At KiddliDoo, we take great care in curating products for you and your little one. If your purchase isn’t exactly what you expected, we’re here to assist.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- Returned with all original packaging and tags intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
To request a return, please contact us at info@kiddlidoo.com. Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Order Concerns
We recommend inspecting your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly at info@kiddlidoo.com so we can resolve the matter with care and urgency.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Personal care products
- Pacifiers and baby bottles
In addition, sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
If you have any questions prior to purchasing, we encourage you to reach out for guidance.
Exchanges
Should you wish to exchange an item, we recommend placing a new order once your return has been approved to ensure availability.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the transaction.

- Courier fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
